Once you click any part of your table, a little plus (+) sign will appear on your left-hand side, click on it

Your table will be automatically highlighted

Then, look above, you will see “Table Tools” appearing since your table is active. “Table Tools” comes with two options “Design” and “Layout”

Select “Layout”. Under “Layout”, look for “Autofit”

Click on “Autofit” and choose the first option which is “Autofit Contents”, once you click on “Autofit Contents”
